Delivery

Hassle-Free Delivery: We're committed to providing you with a smooth delivery experience. Free delivery is applicable for the first two attempts to your shipping address. If you miss these attempts, additional charges will apply for the third attempt.

Service Lift Absence: If there is no service lift available, our delivery partner will deliver to the ground floor of your apartment. If you need delivery to a higher floor, extra charges per floor will be applied upon request.

Missed Delivery Holding Period: If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, your product(s) will be held at the nearest delivery hub for 3 days. After this period, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the order.

Installation
