Canejoy Solid Sheesham Wood Hydraulic Bed With Box Storage (Queen Size, Walnut Finish, Design 1)

Thank you for purchasing from Ebansal Furniture! Proper care and maintenance will help ensure the beauty and longevity of your furniture. Please follow these instructions to keep your furniture in excellent condition.

General Care

• Regular Cleaning:
  • Dust your furniture regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
  • For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth and mild soap. Wipe off any residue with a clean, dry cloth.
  • Avoid using abrasive cleaners, chemicals, or polishes that may damage the finish.
• Avoid Direct Sunlight:
  • Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause fading and damage to the wood and upholstery. Position your furniture away from windows or use curtains and blinds to protect it.
• Temperature and Humidity:
  • Maintain a consistent environment for your furniture. Extreme temperature and humidity changes can cause wood to expand or contract, leading to warping or cracking.
  • Use a humidifier in dry conditions and an air conditioner or dehumidifier in humid conditions.
• Protect Surfaces:
  • Use coasters, placemats, and tablecloths to protect surfaces from spills, heat, and scratches.
  • Avoid placing hot items directly on the furniture. Use trivets or mats to protect from heat damage.

Wood Furniture

• Polishing:
  • Use a high-quality furniture polish to maintain the finish. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and polish sparingly to avoid buildup.
  • Test any polish on an inconspicuous area before applying it to the entire piece.
• Spills:
  • Wipe up spills immediately to prevent stains and damage. Use a blotting motion rather than wiping to avoid spreading the liquid.
• Scratches and Dents:
  • For minor scratches, use a touch-up marker or wax stick in a matching color.
  • For deeper scratches or dents, consider professional repair or refinishing.

Upholstered Furniture

• Vacuuming:
  • Vacuum upholstered furniture regularly to remove dust and debris. Use a soft brush attachment to avoid damaging the fabric.
• Spot Cleaning:
  • Treat spills and stains promptly. Blot the stain with a clean cloth and mild detergent. Avoid rubbing, which can spread the stain and damage the fabric.
  • Follow the fabric manufacturer’s care instructions for specific cleaning methods.
• Fabric Protection:
  • Consider using a fabric protector to prevent stains and make cleaning easier. Follow the product’s instructions and reapply as needed.

By following these care instructions, you can ensure that your furniture remains beautiful and functional for years to come. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our customer service team.

1. What materials are used in the production of your furniture?

At Ebansal Furniture, we utilize a variety of premium materials for our furniture, including solid woods like Sheesham (Indian Rosewood), Mango Wood, and Teak. We also incorporate engineered wood, metal, glass, and high-quality upholstery fabrics to ensure our furniture is both durable and stylish.

2. How should I maintain and clean my wooden furniture?

To maintain and clean your wooden furniture, use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the surface, followed by a dry cloth to eliminate any moisture. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can harm the finish. For a deeper clean, use a wood-specific cleaner or a mild soap solution, ensuring the furniture is thoroughly dried afterward.

3. What types of fabric are used in the upholstery of Ebansal Furniture?

Ebansal Furniture uses a variety of high-quality upholstery fabrics, including cotton, polyester, velvet, and leatherette. These fabrics are selected for their durability, comfort, and aesthetic appeal to match the design of our furniture pieces.

4. How can I select the finish color for your solid wood furniture?

Choosing the finish color for your solid wood furniture depends on your personal taste and the existing decor of your space. Ebansal Furniture offers a range of finishes, such as natural, honey, teak, walnut, and mahogany. You can view samples on our website or visit our showroom to see the finishes in person.

5. What distinguishes hardwood furniture from softwood furniture?

The main distinction between hardwood and softwood furniture is the type of wood used. Hardwood comes from deciduous trees that shed their leaves annually, making it denser and more durable—ideal for high-quality furniture. Softwood comes from evergreen coniferous trees, is generally lighter and less dense, and is more affordable but less durable than hardwood.

6. Do you offer doorstep delivery for my purchase?

Yes, Ebansal Furniture ensures doorstep delivery for all orders. Our logistics team works diligently to deliver your furniture safely to your specified address within the promised timeframe.

7. Is the purchase price inclusive of all applicable taxes?

Yes, the purchase price shown on our website includes all applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees, and the final price you see at checkout is the total amount you will pay.

8. Are there any documents required to receive my delivery?

Generally, no documents are required to receive your delivery. However, for high-value orders or specific delivery locations, we might request a valid ID proof to ensure secure delivery. Our customer support team will inform you if any such documents are needed.
